As a big game outfitter we are very flexible in the way we conduct our big game hunts. As an outfitter and guide we offer fully guided elk hunts,antelope hunts and deer hunts to the hunter that wants to be guided for the full experience or to the hunter that wants to do a self-guided hunt Our guides are all local and experienced. Archery elk hunts will give you the experience of hunting water holes to stalking. If you want to stalk elk in the the mornings and then sit over a water hole in the evening .Here in the Gila National Forest some of the biggest bulls have been killed over water holes. There's nothing like a bull screaming and closing the distance for a shot . Rifle and muzzleloader elk and antelope hunts are what I call reach out and touch them hunts. The bulls are still bugling and you can shoot a bull from 50 to 500 yards. These hunts can produce a wall hanger to take home.
The Gila National Forest has every type of terrain imaginable in a short distance and generally have elk at all levels. The Gila is known for its world class bulls. There is always a chance of taking a record book elk or antelope buck in New Mexico. We do have some trophy antelope bucks 16-17 inch aren't uncommon to shoot in the right units.
