We are very flexible in the way we conduct our hunts. We accomodate both the do-it-yourself hunter as well as the hunter that wants to be guided. Our guides are all local and experienced. They have hunted in these areas and are intimately familiar with the country you will be hunting in. The 1st Archery hunt the bulls are starting to bugle .So you kill them between their feeding and bedding areas. The 2nd hunt you hear 70 to 150 bugles a day and see a few bulls. The 3rd hunt you hear 300 to 500 bugles in a morning and see 5 to 10 bulls. The odds of taking a trophy bull are good. Rifle and muzzeloader hunts are reach out and touch them hunts. The bulls are still bugling and you can shoot a bull from 50 to 500 yards. These hunts you can take a wall hanger home.The Gila has every type of terrain imaginable in a short distance and generally have elk at all levels. The Gila is known for its world class bulls. There is always a chance of taking a record book elk or antelope buck in New Mexico. The hardest thing to do is to to leave a 360 to 370 class bull to try to fnd him the next morning. The greatest experience is to find him and put an arrow right into the kill zone and harvest a trophy of a lifetime.
